Science--Forces on Structures

Today, we had a little workshop type thing on forces on structures.  We learned a lot from this workshop thing. In the workshop we built bridges to see which bridge could hold the most weight (in books).  I found it was really cool being able to work with a bunch of other students to make a bridge.  Our bridge had many triangles which support the weight really well.  We learned some of the forces on structures.  On of the ways the presenter told us that if you were to step on a nail would it be better to step on one or on 100.  What do you think?  It would be better to step on 100 because you have more support and it is balanced easier.
